All vehicles must be registered and paid-in-full prior to roll-in. A $10 convenience fee will be charged for any vehicle not registered and/or paid-in-full prior to roll-in.

Roll-in on Sunday, July 20th is allowed only in the case of extenuating circumstances and must be pre-authorized by Wheel Concepts Nation. Sunday roll-ins must be pre-registered and paid-in-full or a $10 convenience fee will be charged. Space is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis: Sunday roll-ins can be guaranteed neither placement indoors nor a spot in the show.

Groups of two or more who wish to be placed together must roll-in together.

At roll-in the vehicle owner (“participant”) will receive two (2) admission wristbands. Only participant and one guest (WITH WRISTBANDS) will be admitted back into the convention center on SUNDAY JULY 20TH at 8am.

Fire codes require that all vehicles have GAS CAP SEALED WITH TAPE OR LOCKED and BATTERY CABLES DISCONNECTED. -ALL vehicles must have LESS THAN ¼ TANK OF GAS.

Vehicle(s) must be ready for inspection by 8 pm on Saturday July 19th .
